This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how Jogggy LLC ("Jogggy," "we," or "us") collects, uses, processes, and discloses your Personal Information when you use our services through our website (https://teabot.net) and any related web applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

If you access our Services under an enterprise or business agreement, Jogggy LLC processes your Personal Information on behalf of your organization. In such cases, your organization is responsible for providing you with any additional notices and for compliance with applicable policies. Please review your organization's privacy policy for further details.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide to Us

Registration Information:

  • When you create an account on our Services, you provide your name, registration email, and password. In addition, if you register using your Google account, we will receive your Google email, avatar, name, profile, language preference, and read-only access to your calendar events.

Service Interaction Data:

  • As you use Teabot for real-time meeting translation, full meeting transcription, and calendar event management, we collect the related usage information (e.g., meeting timestamps, translation requests, transcription logs, and calendar interaction events).

Payment Information:

  • For users subscribing to any paid features, payment processing is handled by our third-party partner, Stripe. Stripe collects your billing address and payment information. Please note that this sensitive payment data is not stored on our systems.

Communication Information:

  • When you contact us (e.g., for support or inquiries), we collect the contact details you provide, including your email address and any additional information you include.

B. Information Automatically Collected

Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

  • We use Cookies to store certain information, such as redirect URLs, to enhance your browsing experience. These Cookies help us ensure a smooth and personalized navigation on our website.

C. Information Received from Third Parties

Platform Information:

  • When you sign up or connect via Google, we receive information from your Google account as described above. This helps streamline your registration and personalize your experience.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

Account Setup and Management:

  • To create, maintain, and secure your account and to provide you with access to our Services.

Service Delivery and Improvement:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve Teabot, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall user experience.

  • With your consent, we may send you newsletters, product updates, and marketing communications to the email address provided during registration.

Payment Processing:

  • To facilitate transactions via our payment partner Stripe.

Compliance and Legal Obligations:

  • To detect and prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not use your data for AI training or similar machine learning purposes.

3. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use Cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Store redirect URLs and enhance navigation on our website.
  • Improve your experience by remembering your preferences as you browse our Services.

You can manage your Cookies through your browser settings; however, blocking Cookies may affect certain functionalities of our Services.

4. WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • We work with trusted third-party providers who assist in payment processing (Stripe), cloud services (Render.com), and meeting data streaming and bot management (Recall.ai). These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and are bound by contractual obligations to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities:

  • We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as those from law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

Business Transfers:

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of the business assets. In such cases, we will take steps to ensure the confidentiality of your data.

Other Disclosures:

  • With your consent, we may share information for marketing or other purposes.

5. HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Your Personal Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable laws. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems and retain your Personal Information for an additional 90 days to comply with legal, regulatory, or internal obligations. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

  • You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you and request details on how we use it.

  • You may request corrections to any inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information.

Portability:

  • You may request a copy of your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Withdrawal of Consent:

  • Where your data processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing emails), you may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to your withdrawal.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take data security seriously and implement a variety of technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information, including:

Encryption:

  • We use hash encryption to secure your meeting data and other sensitive Personal Information.

Secure Storage:

  • Your data is stored in a Supabase DB instance located in Washington, US. We continuously review and update our security practices to safeguard your information.

8. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

Our Services are accessible globally. While we primarily serve users in the USA, Europe, Latin America, East Asia, and South East Asia, your Personal Information may be transferred, stored, and processed in countries with different data protection laws. We ensure that appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place to protect your data during such transfers.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website along with the "Effective" date. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your Personal Information.
