Terms of Service

1. Teabot Service Overview
The Teabot Service enables users to receive real‑time meeting translations, obtain full meeting transcriptions, and manage calendar events. You may choose to use either the free version (“Free Service”) or a subscription-based paid version (“Paid Service”) of the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old.
- You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.
- Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you access the Service on behalf of an Organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access most features, you must register for an account at teabot.net. You may be required to provide personal details such as your name, email, and password. If you register with your Google account, we receive additional details (Google email, avatar, profile, language preference, and read-only calendar access). You agree to keep this information accurate and confidential.
Important:
- Keep your password secure.
- Notify us immediately at support@teabot.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. General Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees:
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Jogggy LLC reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
- Promotional offers may be available at our discretion.
Subscription Service:
- Recurring payments will be charged automatically (monthly or annually).
- You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.
- Additional Authorized Users may incur pro-rated fees.
If any payment is due but remains unpaid, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
5. Licenses
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Jogggy LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal, non-commercial purposes.
License Restrictions:
- You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the Service.
- Modifications or reverse engineering of the Service are prohibited.
- Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly forbidden.
Additionally, any feedback you provide grants us permission to use it to improve our Service.
6. Ownership; Proprietary Rights
The Service and all related materials, including its design, graphics, code, and documentation, are owned or licensed by Jogggy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Government Rights
The Service is provided for commercial use. In any government use, the Service is deemed “commercial” software and any rights granted are limited to those customary for the public.
8. Third Party Terms
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe for payments or Render.com for hosting. These third parties are governed by their own terms and policies, and Jogggy LLC is not responsible for their content or practices.
9. User Content
“User Content” includes all data, recordings, transcriptions, translations, and other materials you upload or share via the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to host, store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Important Considerations:
- You must obtain all necessary consents for recordings.
- Once content is shared, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.
- You are responsible for the legality of your content.
10. Communications
Channels:
- Email notifications regarding account activity and Service updates.
- SMS messages for account verification and two-factor authentication (standard carrier fees may apply).
- Push notifications via our mobile application, which can be disabled in your device settings.
11. Prohibited Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate any law.
- Use the Service to benefit third parties without consent.
- Interfere with or circumvent the Service's security measures.
- Distribute malicious software or engage in fraud.
- Collect or misuse personal data from other users.
12. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)
Jogggy LLC complies with the DMCA. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent.

13. Modification of These Terms

14. Term, Termination and Modification of the Service
These Terms become effective when you first use the Service and remain in effect until terminated. Violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Upon Termination:
- Your license to use the Service will immediately cease.
- Any outstanding payment obligations remain due.
- Certain provisions (e.g., indemnity, limitations, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jogggy LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
16. Disclaimers; No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Jogggy LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOGGGY LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR, OR (B) $100. JOGGGY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
18. Privacy and Information Security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Additionally, any data you provide remains your property, but you grant Jogggy LLC the right to process it solely for providing the Service.
Security Measures Include:
- Encryption and secure storage of sensitive data.
- Regular review and updates of our security practices.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
To resolve disputes efficiently, you and Jogggy LLC agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except for small claims, injunctive relief, or intellectual property claims which may proceed in court. You may opt out by notifying us within 30 days.
20. Miscellaneous
Key Points:
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in Santa Clara County, CA.
- Your use of the Service is subject to any additional terms posted on the Service.
- Electronic communications from us satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

21. Notice Regarding Apple
If you access the Service via an iOS mobile application, these Terms are between you and Jogggy LLC—not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service, and any warranty issues related to the mobile application are subject solely to Apple's policies.
